Paper honeycomb core is made from layers of recycled paper, bonded together by parallel and uniformly spaced lines of adhesive. When it is expanded for use, it forms a honeycomb configuration with hexagonal cells, creating a light but incredibly strong and rigid material, that has excellent properties, particularly compressive strength and shear modulus.
 
 

It is easy to use, the paper honeycomb is produced to fine tolerance, which guarantees consistent thickness, it provides a smooth surface with all facing materials, and can be used in hot or cold pressing.
